TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SALE OF GOODS
The following words shall have the following meanings:
1.1 “Buyer” means the person who buys Goods from the Seller
1.2 “Consumer” shall have the meaning ascribed in section 12 of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977
1.3 “Goods or Product” mean the articles displayed on this website that the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller
1.4 “List Price” means the list of prices of the Goods maintained by the Seller as amended from time to time

1.6 “Terms and Conditions” means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the Seller

This website is monitored by Corinne Jullian Atelier Floral Art. We are registered in England under Atelier Floral Art at 26 Hyde Close SO23 7DT Winchester Hampshire England. By visiting our website and/or purchasing courses and products from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 3 Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights regarding this website including, but not limited to, text, graphics, design, logos, photographs, images and all other materials are owned by Corinne Jullian – Atelier Floral Art. No images or contents may be copied, reproduced, sold or used without our prior written consent. If you breach this Term you must return, delete or destroy any copies of the materials you have duplicated.
4 Applicant law
These terms & conditions shall be read and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute between us will be dealt with by the English Courts.
5.1.1 Full payment of the course fees must be received prior to commencement of your course. Your place on the course cannot be guaranteed until full payment is received.
5.1.2 All fees stated are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
5.2 Methods of payment
5.2.1 Fees can be paid by credit card online.
5.2.2 Fees can be paid by cash if payment is made in person at Atelier Floral Art.
5.3 Materials and equipment
5.3.1 The course fee includes the cost of materials, flowers and foliage
5.3.2 Refreshment and biscuits are also included in all courses
6. Book a course
6.1Booking a course
6.1.1 We will accept bookings until 48 hours before the course commences.
6.1.2 Applicants will receive confirmation by email. If you have not received confirmation within 48 hours maximum, please contact me 07713176355, email me or use contact us to check the status of your booking.
6.2 Cancellation a course by you
6.2.1 You may cancel your place on a course up to 5 working days before the course starts. Under these circumstances you will be entitled to a total refund of the course fee.
6.2.2 If you wish to cancel between 5 working days and 48 hours of the course start date you will be entitled to 80% refund unless a replacement student can be found for your place.
6.2.3 In case of no attendance or cancellation within 48 hours no refund of the course fees will be made.
6.2.4 Cancellation requests must be made by email to Corinne Jullian Please note that refunds can take up to 1 week to process.
6.3 Cancellation a course by us
6.3.1 If we cancel a course we shall endeavour to give you at least one week’s notice and you will have the option of transferring to another course or of having a full refund of the fees, which we will return to you within one week.
6.3.2 In case of emergency the course will be cancelled and a complete refund given.
6.4 Health & Safety
Applicants are asked to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
6.5 Course location
All courses are provided at Atelier Floral Art 26 Hyde Close SO23 7DT Winchester
7 Wedding and Event
7.1.1 Prices on “Budget Wedding Flowers” are subject to change without notice.
7.1.2 All prices are inclusive of VAT and packaging at the prevailing rate.
7.1.3 A quotation will be sent to your convenient address with a description of the materials and flowers used for the event as well as the price.
7.1.4 I will use all materials as describe in your quotation. However in case of unavailability flowers, foliage and accessories will be replaced as closely as possible. I will contact you before any replacement. Your agreement will be sent by email to Atelier Floral Art.
7.2 Methods of payment
7.2.1 Credit/Debit card are accepted by bank transfer. A payment by cash can also be made in person at the Atelier.
7.2.2 You will be asked for a deposit of 20% on your confirmation and 80% one month before the event. Your confirmation will be made by writing an email or by post
7.3 Cancellation by you
7.3.1 Cancellation between your confirmation date and 10 working days before the wedding or event: the deposit of 20% is non-refundable.
7.3.2 Cancellation within 10 working days before your event date: no refund is possible
7.4 Cancellation by us
If your wedding flowers service is cancelled for reasons for which we are responsible, illness or incapacity to provide the service we will make all reasonable effort to find a competent florist or a total refund will be made within 1 week
8 Corporate and weekly flowers
We agree with the requirement and price before starting the contract. The Flower Arrangements will be provided as describes in the agreement. I will send you a quotation with a description and price of my service by email. Your confirmation will be made by writing an email or by post.
8.2 Method of payment
Credit/Debit cards are accepted by bank transfer. A cash payment is also accepted. A full payment of the month must be received at least one week before providing our service.
8.3 Cancellation by you
The contract can be ended with one month notice by email or by post to Atelier Floral Art. A confirmation will be sent to you.
8.4 Cancellation by us
8.4.1 We reserve the right to end the contract without notice in case of non payment
8.4.2 In case of emergency or incapacity to provide the service a complete refund will be made.
9 Flowers online
9.1.1 Prices for our products and courses are subject to change without notice.
9.1.2 We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.
9.1.3 All prices are inclusive of VAT and packaging at the prevailing rate.
9.2 Methods of Payment
Purchases may be paid by debit or credit card through our online payment facility.
9.3 Ordering Online
9.3.1 Upon placing your order online you will be sent a confirmation e-mail detailing your order and confirming the value of your order, which will have been debited from your credit or debit card.

9.4 Products online
We reserve the right to replace containers, flowers, foliage or any accessories if they are out of stock. They will be replaced by similar products. We will generally contact you.
10.1 Personal information
We will treat all your personal information as confidential. When you shop on this website we will ask you to put in Personal Information such as your name, address, e mail address, telephone number as well as the delivery address and product selections for your orders.
10.2 Our rights
10.2.1 We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website with or without notice to you.
10.2.2 It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed
